What the Qystone Events site records and why. Draft for review before launch; the FCL dashboard policy is the model.
Planner and quote requests
- What you enter in the planner (place, dates, formats, services, answers to service questions, notes, map uploads) and your name, email and phone when you send a request.
- A record of which fields you changed, to measure which version of the form works better.
- A hashed form of your IP address, kept to limit abuse. The address itself is not stored.
- Requests are kept while we are working with you and for up to 24 months afterwards. Ask Qystone Events <signin@qystoneevents.com> to see or delete yours.
Sign-in
- Staff and vendors sign in with a link sent to their email; we keep the time of sign-in, a hashed IP and the browser type for security.
Not done here
- No payments are taken on this site. No data is sold or shared with advertisers. Email and SMS updates to participants are only sent with their consent.
